We are passionate about increasing awareness and driving change through collaboration and education, across the legal sector and beyond.

FLiP and FLANC are delighted to partner to produce this toolkit to enable family lawyers, barristers, mediators and arbitrators to best support neurodiverse clients accessing NCDR processes.

FLANC was founded by a group of expert lawyersdedicated to ensuring that the neurodivergent community has equal access to justice by addressing barriers to participation in family proceedings and dispute resolution. We are passionate about increasing awareness and driving change through collaboration and education, across the legal sector and beyond.

FLiP – is a law firm specialising in Family Law for the last 30 years, with a specific focus on all NCDR processes and providing the best solutions for clients whatever their needs.

Working with FLANC on this initiative is an important step in enabling neurodiverse clients to better access NCDR services.  NCDR is well placed to provide neurodiverse clients with the bespoke service they may need.
